Eunji Emily Kim

I am a Postdoctoral Scholar at the IGCC. My research explores how technological change transforms governance and public institutions. I also study how governments and organizations make policy under uncertainty and how institutions adapt to emerging technologies.

My current work focuses on artificial intelligence governance, technology policy, and computational social science. Using computational text analysis, machine learning, and mixed methods, I examine legislative behavior, policy diffusion, organizational decision-making, and institutional responses to technological change.
